with the information, tools and support you need to make permanent lifestyle
changes that will result in stress reduction and stress management. The "take
charge" approach to stress management emphasizes gaining control of your
stressors and developing strategies for successful stress management. It is also
designed to increase your knowledge of basic nutrition and fitness principles,
encourage behavior modifications to control risk factors for chronic diseases
and promote a high quality of life.
