Online Appointments
You can now schedule appointments online. My SMA Health Online gives you access to scheduling, medical records, prescription renewals and more.  At this time, you may schedule an appointment for the Adult Primary Care and Pediatrics Departments. To schedule an appointment or to set up a My SMA Health Online account, click on the icon below.



General Appointments
When making an appointment, please be sure to write down the SMA location where you will be seeing your provider. We have many convenient locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

To make a primary care appointment, please call our central scheduling line at (702) 877-5199.

To make a specialty care appointment once you have received a referral from your PCP, please call the specialty department directly. For specialty department information, click here.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our central scheduling line as soon as possible.  This allows us to see another patient during your original appointment time.
