A New Patient Portal Experience is Coming

We’re excited to announce some changes to your patient portal. As of Monday, December 14, 2020, we are launching a brand-new portal, powered by FollowMyHealth.

Your new portal experience will offer many of the same great features: electronic medical records, health summaries, the ability to email your provider with an e-visit, making online payments, and getting information on appointments.

One new feature is your online health journal—a great tool to track how you feel so you can refer to it at your next provider visit. This will go a long way in making your appointments fulfilling and productive.

You can pre-register for your new portal by logging into your My Health Online account. Once you’ve logged in, follow the instructions on the banner you see on your dashboard. From there, you’ll fill out a quick form, and the week of December 14th, you'll receive an email invite to join FollowMyHealth.
