become a patient
OptumCare Network of Nevada accepts two Medicare Advantage plans: Senior Dimensions® and AARP® MedicareComplete® (HMO) insurance through UnitedHealthcare.
To become a patient, you'll need to make sure you're a part of the OptumCare Network through your insurance plan. Then you can choose a Southwest Medical primary care provider.

Figuring out how your health plan, medical network and provider work together can be confusing. What’s the difference between what your health plan does and what your network does? How do they both work with your doctor? We've created a video to help make it more clear.
